Aryna Sabalenka

Sabalenka is a native of Minsk Belarus, which is the capital. Belarus. Her father Sergey (d. in 2019) was an Ice hockey player. Aryna Sabalenka was born Minsk, Belarus on May 5 1998. Her career has seen her had 12 WTA singles titles including an Australian Open Grand Slam at the 2023 Australian Open. She is also an excellent doubles player. She's won two more Majors to this specialty that include the US Open 2019 and the Australian Open 2021 won both with Elise Mertens. She won each of her first WTA 1000 and Miami Open in Indian Wells with her Belgian partner, completing what is known as the Sunshine Double. Only four women's pairs were able to achieve this achievement. World singles rankings rose up to the top spot on January 20, 2023. That same year she took home the title the title in Melbourne in the following year, and then moved up to number one in the world in doubles. She was trained by an ex- Russian tennis player Dmitry Tursunov from 2018 until the close of the 2019 season, and in part at the beginning of 2020. She also briefly teamed up with Dieter Kindlmann between August and September 2020. Antonio Dubrov is her coach, and has been since at the beginning of 2020. Serena Williams, and Maria Sharapova are her heroes.
